Send a McDonald County request to the office that maintains the record:
- Court case files: use the court case lookup or contact the McDonald County Circuit Clerk
- Criminal histories: order through the Missouri State Highway Patrol Criminal Justice Information Services Division
- Arrest, booking, and jail records: contact the McDonald County Sheriff's Office
- Official Missouri checks: use the Missouri Automated Criminal History Site
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Expungement: file the proper petition with the court that heard the case
