1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference website with no connection to a government office. We do not keep official criminal records, retrieve records on a visitor’s behalf, perform official background checks, or submit court filings.

The content directs readers to custodians of McDonald County records, including the McDonald County Sheriff, Missouri courts, the Missouri State Highway Patrol Criminal Justice Information Services Division and Central Repository, and the Missouri Sex Offender Registry. Missouri Sunshine Law Chapter 610 governs qualifying records held by public bodies; it does not convert this private resource into a government custodian. Outside tools linked here may assist with research under their own terms.
